FNL Girls High School is excited to bring flag football to high school teams throughout Southern California.
Keep your skills sharp for the Fall Season by competing in the #1 Flag Football Organization in the U.S.

SPRING SEASON 2025

Registration begins early September

Season runs March through May
Register as a team or as an individual player to be place on a team
Team registration fee:  $750
Individual registration fee: $150
Grades 9-12 (8th grade "feeder" teams ok)
CIF Rules (see link to rules below)
Regulation fields: 80 yds by 40 yds
Varsity and JV divisions
8 regular season games
Games on Thursday and/or Friday Nights
